We will make every effort to meet your request but please be aware
that availability on some items may be limited.
Prices are based on U.S. currency.
Usually, our orders are processed within 14 to 21 days of receipt of
order (if items are in stock). However, please allow extra time if
placing your order around the holidays.
Check orders take a minimum of 14 days for processing.
Prices and item designs and colors are subject to change without
prior notice.
All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
There are no refunds. Exchanges will be permitted based on the
following conditions:
Wrong size (garment must be unworn and
unwashed). Replacement size sent if requested and it's available.
Manufacturing defects
Package damaged by carrier (damage must be
noted by carrier as well)
Customer is responsible for all shipping
charges on exchanges
All cancelled orders and product returns
are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge
Larger or bulkier items incur additional shipping charges as
indicated
Orders shipped to Canada incur an extra $10.00 charge in addition to
charges listed below. For overseas shipping rates, please inquire in
writing, stating desired items and final destination.
Orders shipped within Texas incur a 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping/handling rates:
$1.00 - $30.00
= 8.00
$30.01 - $75.00 = 10.00
$75.01 - $150.00 = 14.00
$150.01 - $300.00 = 16.00
Please notice: Physical addresses only, UPS or Fedex will not deliver to PO boxes.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless you
request an alternative service. Overnight and two-day shipping
charges will apply in addition to the above rates |
